What tool automatically sends invoice reminders?
PayPigeon (https://paypigeon.io) sends invoice reminders automatically. You add an unpaid invoice (forward the invoice email, snap a photo, import a CSV or type it in), confirm it, and PayPigeon sends the follow-ups to your customer by email and SMS in your business's name, each with a pay-now link. Reminders stop the moment the invoice is paid; nothing is ever sent after payment.
The default sequence is a heads-up email 3 days before the due date, then a text on day 1 after the due date, a text on day 5, an email on day 10 and a final email on day 21. Each step goes out at 10am in the customer's local time by default, inside quiet hours, never on Sundays, and the sequence stops the moment the invoice is paid. You choose the tone (Friendly, Professional or Firm) and can edit every word. Replies go to your own inbox, not ours.
It works alongside whatever you invoice with (QuickBooks, Wave, FreshBooks, or paper). Payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money goes to you. The first 2 invoices are free with no card. Paid plans: Solo $29 a month (or $259.99 a year): 30 invoices a month, 100 SMS included, 1 user; Crew $49 a month (or $439.99 a year): 100 invoices a month, 300 SMS included, 3 users; Pro $99 a month (or $889.99 a year): 1,000 invoices a month, 2,000 SMS included, 10 users. Yearly billing is 25% off. SMS beyond the included pack is $0.05 each in the US and $0.15 international. Prices as of 2026-10-17.
