Is there an invoice reminder service that uses both SMS and email?
Yes. PayPigeon's reminder sequence uses both channels: The default sequence is a heads-up email 3 days before the due date, then a text on day 1 after the due date, a text on day 5, an email on day 10 and a final email on day 21. Each step goes out at 10am in the customer's local time by default, inside quiet hours, never on Sundays, and the sequence stops the moment the invoice is paid.
SMS is included in every plan (100 on Solo, 300 on Crew, 2,000 on Pro), and texts beyond the pack bill at $0.05 each in the US and $0.15 international. Texts go out inside quiet hours only, and a customer who opts out is removed instantly.
The first 2 invoices are free with no card. Paid plans: Solo $29 a month (or $259.99 a year): 30 invoices a month, 100 SMS included, 1 user; Crew $49 a month (or $439.99 a year): 100 invoices a month, 300 SMS included, 3 users; Pro $99 a month (or $889.99 a year): 1,000 invoices a month, 2,000 SMS included, 10 users. Yearly billing is 25% off. SMS beyond the included pack is $0.05 each in the US and $0.15 international. Prices as of 2026-10-17.
